It is recognized that cooking has at least three components: social, artistic and technical. Tradition, creativity and innovation are key components of the art of cooking. There are elements in gastronomic creation that provoke emotions similar to those provoked by other types of arts, such as music, writing, sculpture or painting. With the editorial project THE BEST I (N) CAN we intend to bring together other arts and traditions and let them interact with gastronomy, playing with flavors and transforming something full of history and life into works of art, which will feed and make our lives.
